Therapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationships, self-worth and the effects of difficult experiences.

About Me

I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with adults through anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, and periods of change.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that our struggles rarely exist in isolation. The ways we relate to ourselves and others are shaped by our experiences, relationships, and the ways we have learned to make sense of the world. In therapy, I’m interested in understanding these patterns with you—not simply trying to get rid of the symptoms.

I work from a trauma-informed, relational and integrative perspective, drawing from narrative, psychodynamic and evidence-based approaches depending on what feels most useful for you. I see therapy as a collaborative process: a space to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and develop ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more flexible and more aligned with who you want to be.

You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. We can start with wherever you are.

Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, overthinking, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-esteem and life transitions. Together, we explore the patterns underlying your struggles and work towards greater self-understanding, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful change.

Individual/ Group Supervision

Clinical supervision for psychologists, psychotherapists and mental health professionals working with adults. Supervision offers a reflective space to explore clinical work, therapeutic relationships, trauma, anxiety, attachment and complex client presentations while developing your therapeutic practice.

Reading Group

A psychotherapy reading group for therapists and mental health professionals interested in deepening their understanding of trauma, relationships, attachment, psychotherapy and clinical practice through shared reading and thoughtful discussion.
